Head Chef / Kitchen Manager
We're looking for a creative and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, craft seasonal menus, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety. You'll inspire your team and ensure every dish reflects the Cafe Rio spirit.
- 5+ years of culinary experience in a restaurant environment
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Food Handler's Certification required; ServSafe preferred
- Ability to develop menus and manage food costs
Front-of-House Server
Join our front-of-house team as the face of Cafe Rio. You'll deliver warm, attentive service, guide guests through our menu, and ensure every visit is a memorable one. Ideal for people who love connecting with others and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask during peak service hours

Barista & Beverage Specialist

- 1+ year barista or café experience preferred

Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Help tell the Cafe Rio story through compelling content, stunning food photography, and engaging social campaigns. You'll manage our digital presence across platforms, coordinate promotions, and grow our community of loyal food lovers.
- Proven experience managing brand social media accounts
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing
- A portfolio demonstrating creative content work
